Signs And Symptoms
1. Hard and coarse stools that do not pass easily through the rectum, or are extremely hard.

What Should Be Done

When To See A Doctor

4. If you are old or disabled and you have been constipated for a week or more, your stool may be hard.
5. If you lose weight with constipation.
6. If you are not able to get rid of constipation for two weeks even after eating a balanced diet and exercising.
How To Save
1. You can also continue the habit of walking briskly for three minutes a day.
2. Drink plenty of water daily and drink at least eight glasses of water a day.
3. Eat lots of fibrous fruits and vegetables each day, eat at least 250 grams of live fruits, vegetables and other foods rich in fat-free fiber, such as raisins, lentils, plums, cooked or dried beans, or Some eat more nuts etc.
4. Give enough time to defecate, especially after breakfast and dinner, and if you can, make it a habit to defecate at a certain time of day.
